The Resident Services Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse) plays a crucial role in partnering with the Resident Services Director to ensure the effective implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services at our community.

Position Summary :
As an LPN Wellness Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the Resident Services Department, including supervising Resident Services Assistants (C.N.A.s). Your role will also include supporting the residents with their medication management and responding to their evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise associates in the Resident Services Department, including C.N.A.s (Resident Services Assistants).
- Assist residents with self-administration of medication and oversee the medication program.
- Identify and report any significant incidents or changes in residents' conditions to the Executive Director / Resident Services Director.
