- Assist residents with daily care needs, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Engage residents through conversation, activities, and programs
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure resident care needs are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration
- Experience working with seniors
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and bending
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
