As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering this mission by providing direct care and service to our residents. Key Responsibilities include medication administration, direct care and service to residents, teaching and wellness counseling, health promotion, participation in assessments under the supervision of the Resident Services Director (RN), support of residents and families, oversight of Certified Nursing Assistants, training of associates and auditing of care. Requirements for this position include a current license to practice as an LPN in the state, two years full-time or equivalent clinical experience, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, peers, and other staff members.
