This role involves direct care and service to residents, including participation in assessments under the supervision of the Resident Services Director (RN). You will also be responsible for supporting residents and families, as well as overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants and training associates and auditing care. Additionally, you will complete monthly in-service training as required.
