Role Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and service to our residents. This includes participating in health promotion activities and assisting with assessments under the supervision of the Resident Services Director (RN). You will also be responsible for supporting residents and families, as well as overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants and training associates and auditing care. Additionally, you will complete monthly in-service training as required.
