- Assist the Community Relations Director in achieving occupancy and revenue goals by managing sales & marketing databases, maintaining collateral materials, and coordinating move-in paperwork.
- Ensure a smooth transition for residents by communicating with physicians, families, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, preferences, and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist in building relationships with prospects, touring apartments, and closing sales.
- Communication: Maintain open dialogue with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless transitions.
- Coordination: Coordinate move-in paperwork, apartment readiness, and logistics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 year experience in administrative support or customer-facing role.
