As a member of the Maplewood Brewster LLC team, the Sales Support Associate will work closely with the Community Relations Director to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. This individual will be responsible for ensuring a positive first impression of the building and maintaining a smooth transition for residents.
- Support the Community Relations Director in managing the community's sales & marketing database.
- Maintain accurate records of resident move-ins, including all necessary paperwork and collateral materials.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new residents by coordinating move-in preparations and facilitating lease signings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and residents through effective communication and personalized support.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and Community Relations Director to plan and execute lead-generating events and external business developments.
- Demonstrate excellent telephone skills and provide exceptional customer service to meet sales goals.
- Meet with residents and families to review move-in packets and ensure a thorough understanding of community policies and procedures.
- Coordinate resident assessments with the Resident Services Director and schedule lease signings with residents/responsible parties.
- Provide high-quality work while being detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; one (1) year experience in an administrative support role and experience working with seniors is required.
