- Manage and train a team of Lifestyle Associates to ensure exceptional resident experiences
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate with other departments
- Develop and maintain relationships with community agencies, organizations, and healthcare professionals to enhance program offerings
- Maintain accurate records and reports on program participation, volunteer scheduling, and resident feedback
- Collaborate with the Resident Care team to develop and implement lifestyle programs tailored to individual resident needs
