Reports to : Regional Director of Business Development

Your Key Responsibilities :

Referral Generation : Drive appropriate referrals, meeting growth targets, and establishing strong market acceptance.
Strategic Marketing : Develop comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives to achieve budgetary projections.
Stakeholder Relationships : Build professional relationships with key physicians, administrators, hospital personnel, and more.
Territory Management : Strategically manage and assess your territory, adjusting plans to maximize impact.
Educational In-Services : Provide regular educational sessions to accounts, becoming a valuable resource.
Compliance Champion : Ensure adherence to local, state, federal laws, Medicare regulations, and organizational policies.

Qualifications You Bring :

Bachelor's Degree : In Business Administration, Nursing, or equivalent experience preferred.

Sales Expertise : Demonstrate three or more years of successful professional sales, preferably in healthcare.

Communication Guru : Master communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
