AM shifts run 7 : 00-3 : 00
PM shifts run 3 : 00-11 : 00
Noc shifts run 11 : 00-7 : 00
Job Summary : The Home Health Aide is responsible for assisting the licensed nurse in the delivery of resident care. Under the direction of the nurse, the home health aide provides medically oriented task(s) to maintain health or to facilitate treatment of an illness or injury provided in a person's place of residence.
Job Qualifications :
- Must meet and maintain State requirements of a certified home health aide.
- Requires level of knowledge normally required in the course of obtaining a high school diploma.
- Experience working the long-term care setting favored.
- Completion of on-site orientation program will be given to obtain desired entry level competency.
- Work effectively with general supervision, ability to organize and manage own work load in a busy environment. Some independent actions are required.
- Knowledge of resident care plans, and state home care regulations.
- Ability to communicate well with residents and families promoting customer service and respect.
- Must maintain a calm and warm working environment with co-workers.

Hours of Work : As Scheduled. Works weekends and holidays as scheduled.
