Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day operation of the dining room with oversight from the Culinary Services Director.
- Ensures consistent staffing levels and recruits new servers as needed.
- Provides feedback, coaching, and mentoring to servers to enhance their performance.
- Resolves conflicts and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Promotes an exceptional dining experience for residents and their loved ones.
- Maintains a safe and clean dining environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
