The Dining Room Manager plays an integral role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for residents and guests at Maplewood Senior Living. This position is responsible for the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day operation of the dining room with oversight from the Culinary Services Director.
- Ensures consistent staffing levels and recruits new servers as needed.
- Provides feedback, coaching, and mentoring to servers to enhance their performance.
- Resolves conflicts and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Promotes an exceptional dining experience for residents and their loved ones.
- Maintains a safe and clean dining environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with seniors and in supervisory roles preferred.
