Maplewood Mayflower Place ALF LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Resident Services Nurse. This role involves working closely with the Resident Services Director to deliver high-quality care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of certified nursing assistants (CNAs)
- Develop and implement resident care plans in collaboration with the Resident Services Director
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report any changes in resident needs or incidents to the Executive Director/Resident Services Director
- Participate in training and orientation of new associates
Requirements:
- LPN licensure in the applicable state(s)
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Minimum two years of clinical experience
