The Maplewood Mayflower Place ALF LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fill the role of Resident Services Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assisting the Resident Services Director with the implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of CNAs, ensuring they provide high-quality care to residents
- Collaborate with the Resident Services Director to develop and implement resident care plans that meet individual needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident incidents and changes in resident needs
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Support the Resident Services Director in hiring and managing performance within the department
Requirements:
- LPN licensure in the applicable state(s)
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- At least two years of clinical experience
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings preferred
