Job Description
As a Resident Services Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. You will work closely with the Resident Services Director to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting department staff
- Assisting with medication management and administration
- Maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers
- Reporting incidents and changes in resident needs to the executive director
- Supporting the completion of resident assessments and service plans
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current LPN or RN licensure
- Two years of full-time clinical experience
- Experience working in an assisted living or long-term care setting preferred
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
