We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Resident Services Nurse. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Supervise and support the Resident Services Department associates, promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Assist in managing the medication program, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians
- Participate in scheduled in-service programs, training sessions, and associate meetings
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed to practice in the appropriate state(s)
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience
- Experience in assisted living or long-term care settings preferred
