Job Summary
We're seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team at Mill Hill Residence in West Yarmouth. This is a part-time position working 11p-7a shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily care needs, including bathing, dressing, continence care, dining, and mobility support.
- Engage residents through interaction, conversation, programs, and activities.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure resident care needs are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work environment, including assisting with resident room maintenance.
Requirements
- Current Nurse's Aide Registration.
- Experience and passion for working with seniors.
- Able to perform physically demanding tasks, such as pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with residents, their families, peers, and other staff members.
- In good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases.
