Responsibilities:
The Resident Services Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse) is responsible for assisting the Resident Services Director with the overall implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services at the Community.
This includes:
- Supervising Resident Services Department associates.
- Coordinating medication programs and resident care services.
- Maintaining positive relations with residents, families, and physicians.
- Reporting significant incidents and/or changes in residents' needs.
