Key Responsibilities
Our Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Engaging residents through conversation, programs, and activities
- Collaborating with the nursing team to meet resident care needs
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration
- Experience working with seniors, with a passion for delivering exceptional care
- The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
