What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Removal Operator - Commercial Sidewalk Crew position at Maplewood Tree Care?
Maplewood Tree Care in Monona is looking to hire for seasonal help for the upcoming snow storms.
-As a Snow Removal Operator on the Commercial Sidewalk Crew, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively clearing snow from sidewalks to ensure safe pedestrian access during winter months.
- We need 2 people for sidewalk crew. You will work as a team together to plow commercial sidewalks - bus stations, senior living, smaller company not overbooked, as of right now we are not doing any residential driveways however if you want to make extra money, we could take on some accounts. we use a 4-wheeler with a plow and snow blowers. We can pay more money to someone who has their own pick-up truck and can tow the 4-wheeler themselves.
We are a local family owned and operated company, and we take pride in our work and crew.
Pay is based on experience. Reliability is a must.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- On call
- Weekends as needed

- Sometimes it snows in the middle of the night and we have to go out to plow for 8-12 hours straight. Will you be able to prioritize your position with us, no matter the time, day or night? Can you make this position a priority over any other job?
