1. 1. Drive early planning from engineering side working with planning team and other stakeholders to drive Engineering Documentation (HAS), Technical Readiness Planning, etc.
   2. Collaborate with Marketing, Planning, and Business Unit to drive the business priorities and influence the board designs meeting the schedule and efficiency requirements.
   3. Drive requirements from System Solutions standpoint and ensure all the requirements are dully evaluated and graded by all the relevant stake holders beyond the R&D team.
   4. Drive cross functional alignments and ensure that all the project deliverables are in sync ( Boards, FPGA Designs SW, Board Test System & Tools/Scripts need to validate).
   5. Develop/Plan and track the Development Schedule and manage all the dependencies to meet the planned deliverables.
   6. Ensure ingredients adhere to standardization guidelines: Boards, IP, Pre-OS Images & SW for scalability.
