Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
Select and mix paints and other materials according to specifications.
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, sprayers, or other methods, ensuring smooth and even coverage.

Work independently on smaller painting projects or assist senior painters on larger projects.
Coordinate with other trades and team members to ensure efficient project completion.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of painting materials and equipment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project status, issues, and any additional support needed.
Assist in training and mentoring Painter Level 1 employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
