We are looking for a personable, professional front lobby receptionist. You will be responsible to greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Additional responsibilities include the following :
- Prepare our weekly Costco order
- Maintain / Distribute supplies in all lunchrooms
- Keep conference rooms clean and orderly
- Arrange catering / prepare for business meetings, as needed
- Ensure office supplies are ordered and replenished, as needed
- Maintain printer supplies
