Position Summary:
As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service. You’ll handle inquiries, assist with policy-related questions, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will contribute to our agency’s success.
Responsibilities:
Answering Phones:
- Professionally handle incoming calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Warm-transfer calls when necessary and actively seek solutions.
Service Existing Business:
- Assist existing clients with policy-related needs (billing, claims, service questions).
- Maintain ongoing communication during policy changes.
Renewal Management:
- Ensure timely renewal processing.
- Communicate necessary requotes to producers.
Client Quoting:
- Call and email warm leads to request quote information.
- Share completed quote sheet with insurance producers.
Complete the Sale:
- Obtain signatures and collect payments.
- Identify additional opportunities for the team.
Post-Sale Process:
- Enter policies into the management system.
- Provide necessary documentation to third parties.
Education / Professional Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, licensing, and certifications.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 Year Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance (not required, but preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Starting Non-Exempt Pay Range: $24.21 – $26.91 per hour, plus agency profit share.
Typical Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
