We are looking for a Growth Account Executive (Growth AE) to take full ownership of Mapsly’s outbound sales and expansion efforts. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, experienced sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment and can operate independently to drive revenue growth.
Unlike a traditional SDR role focused solely on pipeline generation, this position is designed for someone who can prospect, engage, and also close deals, playing a crucial role in expanding Mapsly’s reach. You will own the outbound sales strategy, execute campaigns, nurture leads, and drive new revenue.
Responsibilities
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership : Take leads from initial outreach through to closing deals, working closely with the CEO and product team.
- Strategic Outbound Prospecting : Develop and execute outbound campaigns targeting high-value prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
- Lead Engagement & Nurturing : Build relationships with prospects, addressing their needs and positioning Mapsly as a must-have solution.
- Sales Process Optimization : Continuously refine messaging, outreach sequences, and deal qualification frameworks.
- Closing & Expansion : Convert outbound leads into paying customers and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Leverage Integrations & Partnerships : Use Mapsly’s connections with HubSpot, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Quickbase, and other platforms to enhance outreach efforts.
- Market Research & Account-Based Selling (ABS) : Develop a deep understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Growth & Marketing : Work alongside marketing to refine sales messaging and optimize inbound-to-outbound transitions.
