Responsibilities
- Own the outbound lead generation process : Develop and execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
- Strategic prospecting & personalization : Engage decision-makers using cold email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative outbound strategies.
- Experimentation & Optimization : Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and outreach sequences to maximize conversion rates.
- Lead Qualification & Handoffs : Identify high-potential opportunities and ensure seamless handoff to Account Executives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Use CRM and sales intelligence tools to track outbound metrics and optimize performance.
