Are you an experienced Sales Development Representative looking to make a significant impact in a high-growth SaaS environment? Join us as a Lead Generation Specialist for Enterprise Sales and take full ownership of Mapsly's outbound lead generation efforts!

This is not your typical SDR role; we seek a self-motivated individual who can strategize, test, and optimize outbound prospecting campaigns. You will collaborate closely with leadership and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and engage high-value prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Own the outbound lead generation process : Develop and execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
  • Strategic prospecting & personalization : Engage decision-makers using cold email, LinkedIn, calls, and creative outbound strategies.
  • Experimentation & Optimization : Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and outreach sequences to maximize conversion rates.
  • Lead Qualification & Handoffs : Identify high-potential opportunities and ensure seamless handoff to Account Executives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Use CRM and sales intelligence tools to track outbound metrics and optimize performance.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Growth Teams : Work closely with marketing to improve messaging, positioning, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach : Drive engagement through LinkedIn networking, social selling, and targeted email sequences.
  • Market Research & Account-Based Sales (ABS) : Develop an in-depth understanding of ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and industry trends.

Key Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in an outbound SDR or B2B SaaS sales role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in high-ticket SaaS sales or integration-driven platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with account-based sales strategies is a plus.
  • Strong ability to create highly personalized outreach and engage decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise-level companies.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, experimental mindset—always looking to improve processes and outcomes.
