RPG SYSTEMS DEVELOPER
Hybrid On Site in central Ohio
Contract to Hire
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Programming within iSeries in CL, RPG, RPG IV, SQLRPG, SQL
- Development of reports and systems within Star Query Suite or similar.
- Support of the CCore , Gentran Systems., and Infor XA
- Managing and prioritizing several technical activities and tasks simultaneously in order to meet departmental objectives.
- Troubleshoot and assist with issues on plant floor
- Responsible for providing “on-call” and off-hours support for production systems.
- Interface with hardware and software vendors when applicable.
- Perform other duties as required.
BACKGROUND/ SKILLS
- RPG/CL programming experience.
- iSeries Job Control
- Logic Development and troubleshooting
EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE
- 2-year degree in Computer Sciences, IT, or a related discipline; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years in IT
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Pay: $82,159.00 - $89,787.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
