Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma; Post Secondary Training desirable
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
- Ability to exhibit professionalism and enthusiasm in greeting students, parents, staff, and visitors to our school
- High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability and willingness to learn and help out where necessary
- Working knowledge of and experience with applications; such as Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding and experience of purchasing procedures and maintaining budgets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and accurately maintain records
- Desire to work with young children and families
- General office machines usage and troubleshooting
- Willingness to obtain Med Admin certification and assist nurse when needed
Preference will be given to the candidate who:
- Possesses the best qualifications
- Presents the strongest interview
Rate of Compensation:
- 226 day contract; 11 paid holidays and 215 working days
- Beginning date to be determined
- Exact hours to be determined
- Compensation per 2024-25 Support Staff Settlement Conditions
