Qualifications:
- Proper Department of Education certification (PK-3 Regular/ Ed/Special Ed/Inclusive Settings)
- Early Childhood Special Education preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teaching teams
- Demonstrated understanding of Iowa Core Standards & Iowa Early Learning Standards
- Demonstrated understanding of technology use in preschool
- Experience working with student data for decision making
- Excellent communicator, team player, and collaborator
- Evidence of how to develop and implement developmentally appropriate activities for all learning needs of preschool students
Duties:
- Work collaboratively with students and staff to meet the building and districtwide initiatives
- As per job description
Preference will be given to the candidate who:
- Possesses the best qualifications and trainings to meet the needs of the students
- Has a working knowledge of strategies to meet the behavior and academic goals of special education students and Building Initiatives (PLC/PBIS/Leader in Me)

Rate of Compensation:
- As per 2025-26 Teachers Master Contract
