Our company is seeking a Supervisor to be in charge of a live production or debone line that processes poultry for the food service industry. The ideal candidate for this position has experience supervising employees, a history of quality control and is passionate about working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the production workers.
- Plan and direct the daily work efforts of the production workers.
- Ensure that the production workers have the necessary supplies and tools to complete their work.
- Ensure that the work is completed on time and in accordance with specifications.
- Identify problems and provide solutions to production issues.
- Advise workers on health, safety, and injury prevention techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
