At Mar Monte Hotel, the Unbound Collection, we're dedicated to providing a unique and exceptional experience for our guests. As a Mixologist, you'll be at the heart of this effort, serving as the first point of contact for visitors to our hotel.
Responsibilities
- Bar Setup: Ensure that the bar area is properly stocked and set up for daily operations. This includes requisitioning and stocking all necessary supplies, including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet.
- Garnish Management: Maintain a high level of quality control by cutting, storing, and restocking fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishable items on a daily basis.
- Customer Service: Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document drink orders, mix and present drinks according to standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Accountability: Input orders into the register at the point of sale, create checks for each guest, and maintain accountability of all beverages served.
- Security and Safety: Lock and store all beverage, food, and equipment items, deposit cash drops, and secure the bank.
