Job Summary
Perform night audit operations to ensure financial controls and compliance with hotel standards. This includes reviewing daily Restaurant Revenue Reports, running audit reports, and making corrections as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Reports by auditing Point of Service tapes/journals
- Run audit reports/journals from the front office system and Point of Service
- Maintenance of files and resetting the system for next day operations
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
