The Role
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, including bringing on board new clients, sourcing candidates, and overseeing the interview process.
- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates.
- Process Management: Handle the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to completion, including arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, managing feedback, closing deals, and post-placement follow-ups.
- Research: Network with candidates and industry connections, conduct market mapping, and utilize various databases and social media platforms.
- Market Intelligence: Generate leads from industry interactions and stay updated with market news.
