SUMMARY
The International Network Operation Center, (INOC) Technician II will be responsible for monitoring all MARA sites online via company software, applications and dashboards as well asadhering to company Standard Operating Procedures, (SOP's).

The International Network Operation Center, (INOC) Technician II will be responsible for monitoring all MARA sites online via company software, applications and dashboards as well asadhering to company Standard Operating Procedures, (SOP's).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform routine monitoring of mining equipment via Foreman, Grafana, DOMO and dashboards such as Data Wayfarer to identify potential equipment or network issues.
- Utilize the Maintain X application to ensure optimal functionality of company equipment.
- Collaborate with mining engineers, software engineers, datacenter technicians and other team members to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Monitor various dashboards for issues and then report the findings to the proper personnel and or chain of command.
- Monitor equipment performance and efficiency as per company SOP's.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Participate in and promote a culture of safety with datacenter personnel as well as themining operations team.
- Ability to practice excellent professionalism when utilizing Microsoft Teams messaging, email and phone communication etiquette.
- On-call during emergencies.
- This is NOT a call center position.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, particularly in the energy, blockchain, or technology sectors.
- Experience recruiting a variety of roles in a high growth, ever-evolving industry.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and candidate management platforms.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, from technical talent to senior executives.
- The ability to think strategically and act with a long-term vision for building and scaling teams that support MARA's growth in blockchain and energy transformation.
