Position: Recruiter
As the recruiter will play a key part in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our ambitious organizational growth. You will help us drive the future of digital asset security while supporting the energy transformation by converting clean, stranded, or underutilized energy into economic value. The ideal candidate is passionate about the convergence of technology, sustainability, and the blockchain revolution.
Position Description:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions that align with the team's needs.
- Design and implement creative recruitment strategies to identify top talent in Finance, Marketing, GTM, Support and many other roles across the organization.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment databases, and networking platforms like LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess role experience and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with interviewers, and ensuring candidates move efficiently through the process.
- Maintain and update our ATS, ensuring accurate data and reports on hiring metrics. (We use Greenhouse)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, particularly in the energy, blockchain, or technology sectors.
- Experience recruiting a variety of roles in a high growth, ever-evolving industry.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and candidate management platforms.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, from technical talent to senior executives.
- The ability to think strategically and act with a long-term vision for building and scaling teams that support MARA's growth in blockchain and energy transformation.
