Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to the overall success of our research initiatives. This position requires a strong understanding of laboratory techniques and quality control processes, as well as the ability to analyze research data effectively.
Duties
- Conduct routine laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
- Perform printing ink blending to match customer color requirements
- Collect and document research data in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is properly calibrated and functioning.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing research projects in an industrial laboratory setting.
Skills
- Proficient in laboratory techniques relevant to microbiology and quality control.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex research data.
- Familiarity with color models, standards and theory.
- Experience working in a research laboratory environment is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
