The Production Supervisor will oversee and manage production shift employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.
Responsibilities

Hires, onboards, trains, and manages production employees on the assigned shift.

Oversees the daily workflow and assignments of the production shift.

Provides constructive and timely performance evaluation and feedback.

Coordinates production schedules.

Develops training plans to meet safety, regulatory and production requirements.

Leads and participates on cross functional quality improvement teams.

Communicates standard operating procedures and plant rules to all production team members ensuring that they are implemented and strictly adhered to.

Maintains a safe and clean working environment for all plant employees and visitors.

Ensures all safety rules are followed.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:

Associates degree OR equivalent education or experience.

3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Prior exceptional work experience with the company preferred.
Physical Requirements:

40-50 hours a week depending on production demands.

Must be able to traverse the production facility.
