The position is eligible for generous profit-sharing bonuses paid monthly based on company performance.
The Client Service Supervisor serves as a liaison between the nurses providing skilled care in the homes and the patients and their families. They are responsible for maintaining ongoing communication to coordinate care, ensuring both the needs of the clients and the needs of the nursing staff are met, as well as the goals of the company. This is an entry level business operations position. Ambitious individuals who are compassionate and highly motivated to help others will succeed in this role. Key job responsibilities will include maintaining ongoing communication with our patients’ families and our nursing staff to coordinate the nursing coverage needed in the homes, recruiting and hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to meet ongoing staffing needs, assessing key performance indicators and implementing/executing business processes to achieve results, completing administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service at all times. This will be done in collaboration with the clinical, business, and executive leadership teams.
Job Functions:
- Provide transparent, purposeful, and considerate communication to build relationships with our patients, their families, and our nursing team.
- Coordinate the staffing of highly skilled nurses for the organization’s patients. This will require actively communicating with our patients’ families and our nurses on an ongoing basis, as well as the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and scheduling of new staff members.
- Participate and help lead the branch’s business operations. This will require understanding/assessing the branch’s financial metrics and KPI, then working collaboratively with the team to implement and execute processes designed at achieving branch goals.
- Communicate at a high level and collaborate with the Clinical leadership team, and the team at large, to ensure the safety of all clients and to maintain compliance with standard practice, local, state and federal laws, and company policies.

- Always provide excellent customer service, quickly addressing the concerns of employees, clients, other healthcare providers, and vendors.
- Demonstrates the ability to identify current and future concerns or problems, and use sound judgement to find solutions, relying on your resources as needed to achieve the desired outcomes
- Participate in after hours on-call rotation
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional phone etiquette and great communication skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- A team-first approach
Preferences:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred but not required)
- One (1) year previous office work experience
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Six (6) months’ experience in agency staffing or recruiting.
- Bilingual a plus
