POSITION OVERVIEW :
Schedule : This position is full-time, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
As an HVAC Customer Service Rep, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, managing inquiries and facilitating service requests. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, making outgoing calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that our clients receive prompt and efficient service.
