HVAC Installer - Service Tech

Marathon HVAC Service is seeking a dedicated full-time HVAC Installer - Service Tech to join our team in Anaheim, CA. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $25 - $35 per hour, plus commissions and bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including dental, a 401(k) with matching contributions up to 4%, paid time off (PTO), uniforms, a company-provided phone, and growth opportunities. WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

As an HVAC Installer - Service Tech, your day begins with dispatching directly from your residence to various job sites within Canoga Park, CA. You will be responsible for diagnosing heating and cooling systems, providing accurate estimates, and executing installations and repairs. Additionally, you will manage invoicing, collect payments, and offer solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Maintaining a professional demeanor and delivering excellent customer service will be key aspects of your role. You will also participate in weekly meetings and communicate effectively with management and your team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLER - SERVICE TECH

• Valid California driver's license with a good driving record
• 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair residential air conditioning and heating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Team player who works well with others

Preferred Qualifications:

• Light commercial service experience

THE TYPICAL SCHEDULE

This heating and cooling position works a steady Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule.
