HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN: YOUR ROLE

You start your day from the comfort of your home, heading directly to your assigned job site. Each day brings new challenges as you diagnose heating and cooling issues, craft detailed estimates, and expertly recommend solutions to customers. You'll create invoices, collect payments, and leave every client with a smile, knowing their HVAC needs have been met by a true professional. Along the way, you'll collaborate with management, attend weekly team meetings, and ensure Marathon's high standards of service are maintained. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair residential air conditioning and heating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Team player who works well with others

YOUR HOURS

As our HVAC Service Technician, you will enjoy a consistent and balanced schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
