Plumbing Team Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us in our Anaheim, CA office for training with the ability to work remotely once training is completed.

YOUR DAY

As a Customer Service Representative with our HVAC company, you answer inbound plumbing calls, make outbound plumbing calls to our existing customer base, and schedule plumbing calls while dispatching for the plumbing department. You play a vital role in ensuring efficient communication and scheduling for our plumbing operations and enjoy interacting with our customers.

YOUR HOURS

Our CSRs have the ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

REQUIREMENTS

• CSR/dispatch experience with a plumbing company
• Proficiency using Service Titan
• Phone customer service experience (preferred)
• Sales experience (preferred)
