ABOUT THE ROLE
Schedule : This full-time heating and cooling position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Your Typical Shift : As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, your day starts with a dispatch to one of the many homes or businesses across Orange County. You arrive on-site, ready to diagnose and solve HVAC issues. Whether you're repairing a system, providing an estimate, or selling a project, your focus is on delivering an exceptional customer experience. You explain the problem and offer tailored solutions, ensuring that customers feel informed and confident in their choices. After the job is complete, you create invoices, collect payments, and head to the next call. Throughout your day, you maintain a professional appearance and communicate regularly with your supervisor, always upholding Marathon HVAC Services' reputation for quality and reliability.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered :
- 3 years of residential experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair residential air conditioning and heating systems
- Valid California driver's License
