Guest Services Team @ FIVE - Job Description
Provide exceptional forward facing customer service to every patron that enters our home.
Guest Services Team “GST” for Concerts.. -
- Box Office - Handle credit card transactions, sell & troubleshoot ticket issues, handle customer service requests via email & phone, keep the working area clean, help with social media content even!
- Coat Check/House Merch/Lost & Found - handle cash and credit card transactions, ensure safety of guests’ belongings
- Ticket Scanners - Scan all tickets and welcome guests to the venue
Other positions for hire depending on the event..
- Ushers for seated activations
- Registration and Guest List Check In
- House Hands - Setting up and tearing down furniture for events per floor plan
- Maintenance Shifts
- Runner and Merch Shifts (paid differently not hourly)
Important to Remember:
This is hospitality. Always be gracious and listen to your guests. If there are any issues, always find a Team Lead or your Venue Manager to assist. We care about you and your experience just as much as the people who come through those doors for a live event.
