Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Item Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our contracts with the federal government, ensuring competitive pricing, and expanding our brand's reach. This role will work closely with our Contract Analyst to drive growth and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
Responsibilities:
Contract Management & Pricing:
- Analyze contracts with the federal government.
- Ensure our items are competitively priced across various contracts.
Quote Processing:
- Process and manage quotes for our current customers.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all contracts are in compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
- Prepare regular reports on contract performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Strong understanding of federal contracting regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
