Injection Molding Apprentice - Join Our Team!
Are you mechanically inclined and looking to learn a valuable trade? We are currently seeking a dedicated Injection Molding Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to develop hands-on skills in the injection molding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain molds
- Handle and prepare materials for molding processes
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Operate hand-operated machines for production jobs
- Assist with facility maintenance, including cleaning bathrooms and common areas
- Perform general shop duties as needed
- Be on your feet all day while performing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Must be mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
- Must have a reliable car and transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to be on your feet all day
- Ability to operate hand-operated machines for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Forklift experience is a plus, but training can be provided
- Applicants will be tested on mechanical ability as part of the hiring process
