We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Registered Nurse with managerial/director experience to lead the clinical operation for our flagship branch in Braintree. This position is eligible for a monthly profit-sharing bonus plan
***Current and unencumbered Massachusetts RN LICENSE REQUIRED FOR POSITION and at least 3 years’ experience working with children with medical complexities***
Essential Functions:
- In accordance with policies and the standards established by the Governing Body, and under the direct supervision of the Administrator, the Clinical Director will lead the planning, coordination, and evaluation of all home health services.
- Oversee the organization’s compliance with standards of practice, all local, state and federal laws, accrediting body standards, and all company policies.
- Lead the branch’s clinical operation and the Clinical Team, which will include a team of Clinical Supervisors, Quality Assurance (QA) Nurse(s), and Nurse Educator(s), to develop and enforce standards and processes that ensure the safe and effective delivery of nursing services
- Respond during operating hours, and after hours as needed, to directly support the Clinical Team and our nurses, ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and desired goals and clinical outcomes are achieved.
- Develop, improve and lead the branch’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
- Educate, review, and support the Clinical Team in developing the plan of treatment, the coordination of care, the supervision of nursing staff, and completion of all clinical documentation, including pediatric assessments and/or OASIS documentation
- Ensure the organization has sufficient and qualified personnel; assist with interviews and hiring of select home healthcare personnel, ensure new hire orientations, clinical competency checks, trainings and in-services are completed as needed
- Visit patients in the home to complete assessments, supervise Clinical Supervisors and nursing staff, and ensure quality of care as needed.
- Evaluate the program, services, and field personnel.
- Participate with the Administrator and Executive Director in the formulation of a business plan, i.e., strategic goals, resource allocation plans, quality measures, and a yearly budget.
- Maintain policy and procedure manuals, update job descriptions as policies and procedures change, oversee the implementation and evaluation of client care services inclusive of regulatory licensure, certification criteria, and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
- Current, unrestricted and unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachusetts
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- A minimum of 5 years of RN experience required, and at least 3 years’ experience in Home Care/Private Duty Nursing.
- Proficiency with pediatric/adult assessments, enteral care, tracheostomy care, mechanical ventilation, and CVL care.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and organization requirements, or have access to other reliable means of transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate the building of long-lasting and meaningful relationships with our patients/families, clinicians, providers, and vendors.
- Experience with OASIS documentation is preferred
- Dynamic problem solver who enjoys working collaboratively and in team environments
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.

Pay: From $120,000.00 base salary per year
