POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will manage the IE Team for both the Gas and Crude side of the business in West Texas. The role is responsible for strategic planning, employee development, and project objectives. It requires a dynamic leader committed to the continual development of the team. The focus of the role is to ensure all initiatives and tasks drive the safe, reliable, and efficient operations of the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and sustains culture of high performance and accountability by setting expectations, organizing, planning, and leading team activities. Identifies and pursues opportunities for personal and team development to meet business and career objectives.- Leads multiple geographically dispersed teams in identifying, planning, scheduling and performing maintenance along with field measurement activities in support of our mission of Safe, Compliant, Reliable and Cost-Effective operations.
- Oversees process for all maintenance crew activities by working with the Frontline Supervisors to develop and maintain weekly activity schedules for each team that ensures proper coverage and utilization of the techs in the most cost-effective manner.
- Collaborates with Supply Chain and the Supervisors for materials, supplies, and outside services as necessary to complete tasks required of the shifts.
- Drives culture of production Centered Operations by ensuring successful implementation of production plan through planning, communication, and management of facility/area resources including the development and utilization of operational reporting and metrics.
- Maintains proactive, professional, and effective field level customer relationships
- Establishes and communicates clear expectations for organizational behavior and manages performance of team members through coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback.
- Develops and manages the financial budget for assigned area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.- Three (3) years Leadership experience.
- Three (3) years Industry experience required; Midstream preferred.
- Relevant craft experience and licensure preferred.
- Seven (7) years general maintenance, in I&E craft, experience.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Up to 25% travel required.
