RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates and maintains a culture of safe, reliable, compliant, and cost effective operations.
- Promotes a strong culture of Operational Excellence by driving Operational Discipline and continuous improvement. Champions sound operational practices including adherence to site and corporate operational policies and effective procedure use while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
- Develops and sustains a culture of high performance and accountability by promoting teamwork between operations and support functions, setting clear expectations for operations personnel, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback as well as leading the organizing, planning, and execution of team activities.
- Identifies and pursues opportunities for personal and team development to meet business and career objectives.
- Drives culture of production centered operations by holding operations personnel and support functions accountable for their respective responsibilities, ensuring successful implementation of the production plan through planning, communication, and management of facility/area activities and resources including the development and utilization of operational reporting and metrics.
- Maintains proactive, professional, and effective field level customer relationships through effective communications and coordination.
- Establishes and communicates clear expectations for organizational behavior and manages performance of team members through coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback.
- Assists in the development of and adherence to the financial budget for assigned area.
- High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Oil and gas industry experience required; midstream preferred.
