POSITION SUMMARY :
- Logistics & Storage Support Services (L3S) provides project and construction management to support the continuous growth and maintenance of Marathon’s Logistics & Storage (L&S) organization. Projects typically involve petroleum product storage tanks; terminal facilities; pipeline facilities and our network of pipelines.
- The Continuous Improvement Representative (CI Rep) is the primary person responsible for coordinating and completing the L3S improvement initiatives and supporting project groups in the implementation of existing processes (e.g., Marathon Project Management Process (MPMP), Construction Quality Management (CQM), Design Review).
- The Continuous Improvement Representative (CI Rep) also monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Based in Findlay, Ohio. Other MPC locations may be approved by exception.
