About the Job: We are seeking a reliable and experienced transport driver to join our team at Marathon Petroleum. As a transport driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering petroleum products from various loading locations to various delivery points and customers.
Responsibilities: Our drivers perform pre-trip inspections on equipment in alignment with MPC policy and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. They check tank trucks/trailers or tractors/trailers for general operating requirements and ensure all required equipment is available and in good working condition. Drivers also drive tank trucks/trailers or tractors/trailers to transport product in a safe, efficient, and professional manner, obeying all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Requirements: To be successful as a transport driver with Marathon Petroleum, you must have an active Class A Commercial Driver's License and maintain a satisfactory driving record. You must also register with FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide consent to company for review of clearinghouse records. Active CDL Endorsements for Hazardous Materials and Tank Vehicle are required, as well as the ability to operate manual and/or automatic transmission.
